Quotations
All prices shown on this website are indicative and start from the stated figure. A firm price is given once we have your registration and a description of the work. Labour is quoted separately from parts.
Access and safety
We need safe, legal access to the vehicle. If a job cannot be completed safely on site — for example it needs a ramp, alignment or a spray booth — we will offer to complete it at our workshop instead.
Parts
We fit genuine or OEM-quality parts. Customer-supplied parts can be fitted on request but carry no parts warranty from us.
Warranty
Labour is guaranteed for 12 months. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, normally 12–24 months.
Payment
Payment is due on completion by card, bank transfer or cash. Larger parts orders may require a deposit.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible. Cancelled visits where parts have already been ordered may be charged at cost.
Liability
We are fully insured for work carried out at your home, workplace or roadside. We are not liable for pre-existing faults unrelated to the work carried out.
