Modern cars do not simply take any battery. Stop-start vehicles need AGM or EFB batteries and most makes require the new battery to be registered with the charging system. We test before we sell, supply the correct type, fit it and code it properly.

How quickly can you come out?+
For a flat battery in West London we can usually be with you the same day, often within a couple of hours.
Why does the battery need coding?+
The charging system adjusts its profile to battery age and type. Without registering the new battery it will be over- or under-charged and fail early.
Is it my battery or my alternator?+
We test both before quoting. A charging fault will kill a brand new battery, so it is important to find out first.
What warranty comes with the battery?+
Typically three to five years depending on the brand and specification supplied.
